Hello!

I am Francesca, I love building products, working with people who make me grow, and bringing a positive change in everything I put my hands on. For me, it is all about the products, and the people you build them with.

In my career, I contributed to building some amazing digital products: from a global community for girls to express their creativity, to e-commerce platforms, a two-sided marketplace in its expansion phase, and a startup in the sustainability space. I am now CPO at Hemnet, one of the world’s most popular property portals and one of Sweden’s most beloved products.

I believe in inclusion, that a team always achieves better results than its individual contributors alone, in healthy discussions, and in people who are not afraid to stand up for what they think and feel. I have strong feelings about things and I like to make that a discussion starter.

What I write about/My perspective

I write from experience, from what I read, and from what makes me think. I write as a way to structure my thoughts and in the hope that I can start a discussion with people that are passionate as me about product development. What you’ll get from me is real-life examples of product development, my perspective on books and articles, or ideas rooted in my day-to-day work.
